The sun sets next to the USS Arizona Memorial on the eve of the 64th commemoration of the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The ceremony, which will include remarks by keynote speaker Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Mullen, is held annually to honor those who served during the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor.
