Paul Karren makes some good points so I will give you two more alternatives.
Since no bills come up for a vote without the speakers approval, short of a
discharge petition, the voters of Hasterts and Frist's home states "IDAHO"
them ( I forgot that guy's name) or we hold a Bastille Day where we line
Pennsylvania Avenue with guillotines and I will supply the baskets. Personally,
I prefer the latter solution
I agree! To digress a little, I just watched the Senate Judiciary committee
pass an amendment to give illegal criminals who are invading our borders,
what amounts to billions in services including free healthcare in the name of"
emergency aid." What a crock. To pay military retirees what the government
owes us and what we earned, according to these hypocrites, cost too much in
money, but not for Illegals. The senate can no longer be considered an honorable
body, If they ever could.

Floyd is not calling it quits, his body is. Read his message. Jack H

I know not why Floyd is calling it quits or if he can actually do it. Floyd has
made reservations to be with the MRGRG old timer's in DeFuniak Springs, April
14th and at the NAUS Chapter National Meeting, with Hal Grant from NAUS National
in D. C. and others, April 15th. Floyd will be given ample time to say what he
wishes us to hear. So far, several of our old friends from five State, will be
with us at a 7 PM Social, April 14th CST and I hope many more will decide to
come and personally thank Floyd, for all he has done for Military Retiree's and
Widow's.

I will ditto everything that Jim says. Floyd is one of the most sincere, honest,
dedicated individuals I have ever had the honor of working with. Thank you
Floyd, God bless you.

Subject: FLOYD SEARS
To All:
I just sent out a message from Floyd Sears that said that would be his last
posting.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we should be ever grateful to Floyd. As for me, I have
worked very closely with Floyd for a good number of years. We have talked almost
daily, Cried together and laughed together.
Floyd wanted only to do what was right. "RESTORE THE
BROKEN PROMISE"
I do know that Floyd has been critized from the left and the right, he took all
of this in stride and never quit.
A highly talented individual, other folks would pass their ideas to Floyd and give him ten minutes and he would have it on a website. Through the good times and the bad times, Floyd never, ever let any of us down.
A huge debt is owed to Floyd that we can never repay. He kept us all posted and motivated for the last 10 or 12 year.
Some folks would say, Oh that is Republican and others would say Oh that is Democrat. They said you are playing partisan politics.
Folks, Floyd did not play the political game. He only called it like it was so if the shoe fit, wear it.
But lets face facts, We all have been playing the
political game for several years.
I wish I could write a more fitting TRIBUTE to Floyd but I am not capable of
that.
I can only say that he was an ORDINARY MAN DOING AN EXTRAORDINARY JOB. He tried
desperately not to let anyone down and as for as I am concerned he didn't.
If you wanted facts and straight talk all one had to do was go to his website http://mrgrg-ms.org and there you could find the actual facts.
I have met and worked and had friends scattered around the world but I would be very hard pressed to find a friend like Floyd Sears. He was always at the top of his game.
He never quit fighting for his Country and for his fellow retirees.
Let this be the RALLYING POINT, one more time.
There are lots more that I could tell but Floyd was
never for himself or looking for credit all he ever wanted was to keep the
information flowing and that he did.
God Bless you Floyd Sears. You have done a magnificent job and that is putting
it mildly.
DUTY--HONOR -- COUNTRY is the motto that Floyd lived
by.
Please Folks, I urge you to use this as a "RALLYING POINT" once again and lets
not let Floyd Down.
Please pass this around the net and give MAX
DISTRIBUTION.
Thanks
