We URGENTLY need your help! Contact your Senators NOW and ask them to sign the letter that Sen. Bill Nelson is sending to the Senate Budget Committee to ensure that there is sufficient funding for the SBP-DIC Offset elimination and the "paid-Up" provision of SBP this year! We need you to remind your elected representatives that the Senate voted last year 92-6 to take this action but it was eliminated by the House if the NDAA conference. This is a Legislative PRIORITY of NAUS this year and your help in needed.

SBP-DIC Offset Elimination Fight Begins Again

Take Action!

Military Widows and Orphans Still Need Our Help

Sen. Bill Nelson is preparing a letter to send to his colleagues in the Senate which will be passed to the Senate Budget Committee which asks for budget "headroom" (sufficient funding) to ensure the SBP-DIC Offset and that the "paid-up" provision of SBP are enacted by October 1, 2006.

NAUS needs you to contact your senators and make sure they sign the letter and support this effort, which they agreed to last year by a vote of 92-6. We need you to contact your family, friends and neighbors to contact their senators too! An early and sustained effort is the only way we can prevail!! Widows and orphans should not have their hopes dashed again!
