Many people are telling me that the
procedure for sending messages using a FAX machine or Web Form (if you do
not have a FAX machine) is too complicated. Let me see if I can simplify the
procedure.
If you have a FAX machine:
Goto
http://mrgrg-ms.org/fax-it.html to see the schedule of who to send your
message to and get FAX numbers. After you send your messages goto
http://mrgrg-ms.org/educate-the-congress.html and update the Tracking
System.
If you DO NOT have a FAX machine:
Goto
http://mrgrg-ms.org/fax-it.html to see the schedule of who to send your
message to then goto
http://mrgrg-ms.org/fax-it-senate.html to get the Web Form information
you need to send your messages. After you send your messages goto
http://mrgrg-ms.org/educate-the-congress.html and update the Tracking
System.
Folks, if you do not update the Tracking System then we are back to working
in the dark again. To work as a team we all need to know what is going on.
So, no matter how you send the message please update the Tracking System.
I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
PS: I've sent my scheduled messages for today.
