 Change Number 2 to the Brown Bag Project plan - 21 Jan 2006. Henceforth, any communication with the United States Congress or the President in support of the "Keep Our Promise to America's Military Retirees Act", examples: e-mail, web form, regular mail, telephone, FAX, or personal contact, will be considered a Brown Bag contact and should be entered in the Brown Bag Tracking System at http://mrgrg-ms.org/educate-the-congress.html  .
