To All:

We have a living will involving health decisions pointing to when it is time to "pull the plug". Ours was made in the State of California, so I talked to the attorney that made our Trust in La Mesa, CA. and she recommended we consult an attorney in Colorado for a possible amendment because there might be different requirement between the two states.

By coincidence I happened to read an article in the Denver Post discussing this situation and referenced a lawyer who said he could make up the living will involving decisions to be made if you were incapacitated, for  a sum of $150.00.

The article also referenced a website that had detailed information, forms designed to meet the requirements for all states. I went to that website and it covers health decisions that can be made by the individual and exactly what their desires are.

I am using the format, witnessed, with the only cost of having it notarized.
