This is a list of Representatives that cosponsored HR 3474, but have not cosponsored HR 602. I recommend that you concentrate on this group. If they cosponsored HR 3474 it seems that they would be willing to cosponsor HR 602.

Folks keep in mind that it's not HR 602 that should be driving your effort it's what the Congress will allow DoD to to take away from us if we do not constantly remind them that we are out here.
