Ladies and Gentlemen of the MRGRG:

I am suggesting that you make the attachment another tool to be used in the Brown Bag Project. I am suggesting that you sign and send it to your Representatives and then record your actions as indicated at http://mrgrg-ms.org/history14.html . That is, update the tracking system at http://mrgrg-ms.org/educate-the-congress.html and add your comments at http://www.efreeguestbooks.com/mg/guest.pl?27625:9:0 .

There are a lot of ways you can use the attached proclamation. You can mail it to Washington or hand deliver it to your REPs local office. You can also get other military retirees and military retiree dependents to sign the proclamation and mail or hand deliver it to a local office as a group.

Folks we need to take action to let the Congress know that we are out here and that we do not like what the Department of Defense is getting ready to do in reference to the increase in fees and copays. I just sent you an e-mail with comments by BGen Bob Clements laying out what DoD wants to do. If we don't raise hell they will strip us of everything we have worked to gain.

I'm asking you to take action. Use the attached proclamation as you see fit. If you don't like the way it's written then simply copy it, move it to your word processor program and change it as you see fit.
