Americans,

Mike Von Wert has been working on this web page for a couple months....although he is not finished, what's there is working good and will bring back a few memories.  This web site is strictly a memorial and tribute to US Veterans who answered their Country's call, right or wrong, and gave their all.

There is no political statement or affiliation involved or intended, and no defense, justification, or dispute of any war that has occurred in the history of the USA.  It is strictly a memorial and tribute to those who have served, died, been captured, wounded, or are missing in action in all our counties wars, and a documentary on their final resting places.  It is long, but not long enough to cover everything.

So be sure you have some time to contemplate when you view this web site, which I recommend all of you do.  As it points out, no soldier's life is given in vain, until he/she is forgotten.  It is our job to make sure they are never forgotten.  This web site is an excellent start in that direction.  I recommend it as part of our "Support Our Troops" program.

We may not agree with the political scene that put them in Harm's way, but we must ALL agree to stand behind our Troops and give them our fullest support as long as the legitimate and elected authorities of our Country feel they need to be there.

And when the job is done, it will be our equally important responsibility to Welcome them home with Honor and Open Arms.  While we all have a right to our own opinions in respect to the horrors of war, as long as our Warriors are in Harm's way, we must be united in showing we support them and stand behind them, regardless.

I commend Mike Von Wert for this excellent start in making sure they will never be forgotten!

Sincerely,

From Mike Von Wert:

Keep in mind this is a work in progress, so check back every so often.  Also, I have spent 2 months looking up facts and figures.  I  found many discrepancies in dates and numbers.  SO if it's just a little off forgive me.  But if you see a glaring error, send me an email and link to your reference.

If you would like to link to it on your Veteran site that's fine.  I am planning on a links page if you've got a Veterans site you'd like me to link to please send me an email and I'll go from there.

Enjoy
