How many of you know about the new combined religion spreading across our fair country under the guise of the Islamic-Christian National Dialogue Committee or ChrisLam?

Check these out for yourself as our Christian faith is being assaulted here in our own country and we are watching it with our eyes open and our mouths shut.

You knew this day was going to come, when the liberal “love gospel” preachers who, desiring to fill their seats and bank accounts, would find a way to merge apostate christianity with the Devil’s religion of Islam. That day is here....

The off-base Emerging Church is encouraging pastors to embrace an ecumentical concept of combining Christianity and Islam, actually partnering with Islam, to launch a new religion called…Chrislam—which would combine the two. So far, they have managed to gather 130 Christian leaders who collectively state that Muslims and Christians worship the same God. No they do not!  Allah was the Arabic name for a higher power, or a god. Mohammed ‘s god was Allilah, the moon god which conveniently became the generic name for a god, Allah. This is why a crescent moon and star is on the flag of Islam and mosques. Let this be clear.

In a disturbing account of this new movement, Debra Rae in her column released today (1/22/11) on News With Views, titled “The Lost Art Of Critical Thinking,” writes; “Recently, the Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, Houston, joined Christian communities in Atlanta, Seattle, and Detroit to encourage “ecumentical reconciliation” between Christianity and Islam. Theirs was a celebration of a sort of worldview potpourri mixing together elements of Christianity and Islam. Predictably called Chrislam, this brand of ecumenicalism qualifies both the Bible and the Qur’an as holy texts.” Hence, in a show of equal authenticity, Qur’ans were postitioned in pews next to Bibles.”

Ms. Rae goes on to say; “Some argue that if American “tolerance”—i.e., as in the form of Chrislam—were rejected, then the ongoing confllict between East and West would escalate beyond repair. This slippery-slope fallacy presumes a sort of chain reaction, destined to end with dire consequences that otherwise might have been averted.”  It is obvious that Muslim imput into this dialogue with pastors was strong.

Brian McLaren , the leader of the Emerging Church Movement wrote on his five-part blog entry why Christians should join with Muslims in the Ramadan fast. As to be expected, another leader in that Emerging Church movement is Dr. Tony Campolo. Campolo says he is not convinced that Jesus lives only in Christians. In his distorted view, an Islamic “brother” who has fed the hungry and clothed the naked clearly has a personal relationship with Christ, only he doesn’t know it.  How’s that again?

What is especially hurtful to this writer is the Presbyterian Church being a participant in this heresy, having been raised in the Presbyterian church which cannot even be recognized today from what it once was.

These preachers who have jumped on the bandwagon have the misguided notion that the church must adept to a changing society. THIS IS FALSE. The church was never called to adapt to society but to encourage society to adapt to the teachings of Jesus Christ.  The problem in all of this lies in those who presumed themselves to be spiritual leaders and chose the ministry as a career rather than being CALLED to the ministry.

The story below that was forwarded to me shows Islam as it really is.  It is being posted as it was received:.

“This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry. The man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose. The Muslim religion in the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States , especially in the minority races!!!

“Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

“I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

“When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: ‘Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy War] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?’  There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, ‘Non-believers!’

“I responded, “So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?” The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.  He sheepishly replied, “Yes.”

“I then stated, “Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope Benedict commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same, in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!” The Imam was speechless!

“I continued, “I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me!”  Let me ask you a question:  Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?’

“You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.  In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the US to elect the President! “

And now, another piece falls into place. This was forwarded to me by Rev. Ed Berkey (retired).:

“In a press conference last week Obama was not wearing his wedding ring nor was he wearing his watch. When noticed, his staff said his ring was out for repairs.  No reason was given for the missing watch. So it’s just a coincidence that Muslims are forbidden from wearing jewelry during the month of Ramadan??? (think about that one)

"And how convenient to be “on vacation” in Hawaii over Christmas so he doesn’t have to have the Christmas photograph of him and his family attending Christmas services with a Bible in his hand——his ringless and watchless hand.

"Are the American people EVER going to start thinking for themselves?"  And wake up? If not, we will all be in slavery.
