Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist has scheduled the vote to repeal the unfair and wildly unpopular federal Death Tax THIS THURSDAY.

The last few votes are within our grasp. We are just 2 to 3 votes shy of the 60 we need to repeal the Death Tax once and for all . We can make a powerful case. Polls have CONSISTENTLY proven the American people hate the Death Tax:

85% percent oppose the Death Tax.

77% say they would be less likely to vote for a candidate who supported the Death Tax.

Our polling and focus groups reveal the American people are convinced by the top two messages in these TV ads:

First, the Death Tax is Unfair Double Taxation. The American people think it’s just flat wrong and unfair to tax already taxed savings.

Second, the Death Tax destroys jobs and splits up family businesses and farms. The most conservative estimates indicate 170,000 to 250,000 are destroyed each year because of the Death Tax.

We MUST stop this destruction of an important piece of our economic success. The Free Enterprise Fund has placed our TV ads nationally on Fox News and in Washington DC as well as in target states like Maine, Arkansas, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Washington, North Dakota and Montana.
