Morrie, if you are talking about those coming to the AMERICAN CONTINENT, then I agree. However, I am talking about the United States and those like my family whose folks were here when the United States became a country. We are originals and certainty are not immigrants to our country. Only those who became citizens to this country after our Nation was born are descendants of immigrants to the US and that is a natural fact!

Yep, that's what I'm talking about... Those who came BEFORE the American Revolution were, quite probably, the FOUNDERS of this ONCE-GREAT nation of ours... Me, my ancestors didn't come here until the 1890s, BUT, you can bet your life that EVERY ONE of their NINE children could speak VERY good English...
